Registration
Our dance year runs from mid-August to June 2nd. Register now through December.
Registration fee is $35, $20 for additional students in family. Below, you will find a few links to our registration information (they are in pdf format – you must have adobe acrobat to download). If you can not attend registration (August 6th, 1 to 3p.), please read CenterStage Info, Studio and Classroom Rules, Dress Code and review Tuition payment requirements. There is NEW information this year. Once you have read this information, you can download the Registration form and waiver and also print the class schedule. Please circle the classes in which you want to enroll you or your student. Mail the dance schedule with your requests, the registration form, registration fee and August tuition to 407 Cummings Lane, Gallatin, TN 37066. Once received, your student will be placed on our roster. Additionally, a member of the CenterStage team will contact you to confirm and discuss your dance class selections.
August tuition is 1/4 of the regular month’s tuition. Please contact CenterStage if you have questions about tuition.
