Join our Team!

CenterStage Performing Arts Academy’s mission is to educate, encourage, and inspire all students by providing the highest quality performing arts education and opportunities.

Within the walls of our studio, we are about uplifting and supporting each and every one of our instructors and students. CenterStage is family. Period.

Our kids are the best, and they deserve the best. Instructors we bring in to our CS Family are adults with major teaching or performing experience and/or degrees or certifications in their genre of expertise. They are upstanding citizens who care about their craft and instilling the love and passion for this in others.
CenterStage is always looking to add to our team of wonderful faculty! We hire new instructors in the spring and summer to teach for the next season, beginning in the fall. We are always looking for instructors who can teach all styles of dance for all ages, and assign classes based on need.

To be considered, a candidate should meet the listed requirements and have the following experience in one or more areas:

- be 20 years or older
- have an associates, bachelors degree, or other certification in dance or a specific style
- have several years of teaching experience in a dance studio or other establishment
- have significant performance or touring experience

CenterStage candidates will be expected to:
- commit to a dance season (August - May)
- commit to a weekly dance schedule, anticipating needing to take little time off on your day to teach
- be available for open houses and all dance recitals

Please submit your resume, curriculum vitae, teaching philosophy, and/or performance reel to info@performcenterstage.com

What Our CS Family is Saying

"Centerstage Performing Arts has had a huge impact on my life! I have no idea where I would be without this place. Centerstage was something I looked forward to everyday while in high school. High School could be stressful some days, but being able to see friends and take classes instantly improved my mood. As a guy, you don’t see many other men in theatre/dance. Having other male students and teachers really encouraged me to try new things and really embrace the stage. Centerstage has also helped to prepare me for college. They have helped prepare me for auditions for shows and vocal lessons. I will always be thankful for the impact Centerstage Performing Arts has made on my life!" - Logan Purcell, CS Alumni

"THANK YOU for caring about about the WHOLE child, for costumes & choreography & music that are age appropriate...THANK YOU! For the self confidence I see you cultivating & nurturing in not only my child but so many others...THANK YOU! For the COURAGE to take on this task & follow your heart...THANK YOU! My daughter would not be where or who she is today without her CenterStage family. With every ounce of my soul, I THANK YOU!" - Jennifer Moore, CS Mom

"Thank you for creating a performing arts studio and not just another competitive dance studio.  I am grateful to be a part of a studio where all the girls are accepted and are offered many things to choose from, beyond dance so they can explore so many different avenues of the performing arts!  I so appreciate that when my daughter graduates she is going to take with her all the wonderful memories from class, the friendships she has made, and the life lessons she learned from you guys!" - Deanna Rice, CS Mom

"CenterStage is not a place. It's the people" - Christian Bare, Instructor and Director

"I cannot say enough positive things about Centerstage. The teachers, staff and kids are so kind, caring and encouraging to each other. The support is unbelievable! My daughter has made amazing friends at this studio, many of whom are much older than she is, but they have helped coach and encourage her along the way and she looks up to them so much. I greatly appreciate the modest recital costumes and clothing, they are very much age appropriate. Perhaps most of all however, is the dedication of the owners and teachers. They truly pour their heart and soul into this studio and the children that attend it." - Jessica Vaughn, CS Mom

"Thank you for giving me a new family and a new place to call home. I owe who I am today to the CS Family." - Christian Wilken, Instructor from Nebraska
