Student Theatre Program
At CenterStage, you can participate in musicals and variety shows! Students can choose which shows they would like to participate in, with a new show rehearsing about every seven weeks. With 4 shows a year, you can do as many or as few shows as you would like!
SpringBoard - On Broadway 2022

Our SpringBoard variety shows are created with a theme, and written around the students who are participating, so every dancer, singer, and actor is showcased and has a chance to shine. All ages, 11 years and up, are welcome to participate in our SpringBoard SR program (keep scrolling for our SpringBoard JR info!), and no previous performing experience is required. Rehearsals are on Mondays from 4:00 - 7:00 PM and Thursdays from 6:16 - 8:15 PM FOR THIS SPECIFIC SHOW.
PRICING PER VARIETY SHOW
First student: $175 *$25 non refundable deposit due upon enrollment
2nd sibling: $145
3rd sibling and on: $87.50
**Auditions:** Please read very carefully!
Students do not need to audition to be a cast member in On Broadway. The directors work hard to make sure each student is featured in the performance. However, if students are interested in a vocal solo or placement in an advanced dance group they must audition. We will be holding auditions on Monday, July 25th starting at 4:00pm. This will be the only opportunity to audition for a featured solo. Only students who are registered through our parent portal for On Broadway 2022 may audition.
Please make sure you have read the welcome letter and understand the commitments before enrolling.
*Discounts are not available across private lessons, dance classes, or SpringBoard JR.

SpringBoard JR On Broadway Camp!

We are so excited to pilot our new SpringBoard Junior program! Having tested out our SpringBoard camp template on three successful summer camps for Elementary students, we are very excited to offer both a camp and workshop style variety show experience for our students ages 7 - 10.
We will still continue to operate our Middle/High School SpringBoard (SR) program on Mondays, but will now offer two opportunities to give our younger students two opportunities for a rehearsal and show experience of their own! On Broadway JR and POP Show JR casts will spend their time with learning backstage and on stage etiquette while rehearsing a unique show created for them.
In September, both our SpringBoard JR and SR programs will come together on Mondays from 4:00 - 7:00pm to produce our big Christmas show in December.
As always, your students can choose which show they want to do (one or all!) to accommodate your family’s busy schedule!
Rehearsals for this specific show run Tuesday - Friday 4:00 - 6:00PM, camp style, August 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th, 16th, 17th, 18th, & 19th, with shows on August 20th.
