Student Theatre Program
At CenterStage, you can participate in musicals and variety shows! Students can choose which shows they would like to participate in, with a new show rehearsing about every seven weeks. With 4+ shows a year, you can do as many or as few shows as you would like!
SpringBoard Pop Show JR
We are so excited to pilot our new SpringBoard Junior program! Having tested out our SpringBoard camp template on three successful summer camps for Elementary students, we are very excited to offer both a camp and workshop style variety show experience for our students ages 7 - 10.
Students enrolled will learn singing & dancing techniques and put on a musical popular music themed variety show at the end of the 7-week workshop. Open to students ages 7 - 10. No experience necessary.
Rehearsals for this specific show run on Mondays March 20th - April 24th with shows on April 30th.
**Auditions:** Please read very carefully!
Students do not need to audition to be a cast member in Pop Show Jr 2023. The directors work hard to make sure each student is featured in the performance. However, if students are interested in a vocal solo they must audition.
We will be holding auditions on their first rehearsal, Monday, March 20th. This will be the only opportunity to audition for a featured solo.
For the vocal audition:
Students need to prepare a Pop style song approximately 1 minute in length (about a verse and chorus) to sing for the directors. Please do not sing acapella (without music)! Please provide a karaoke track for your audition on your phone or tablet. Please provide a dongle if your device does not have an auxiliary input.

First student: $175 *$25 non refundable deposit due upon enrollment
2nd sibling: $145
3rd sibling and on: $87.50

Summer Musical Theatre Program
Our summer musical is open to students 7 years and up with no formal auditioning required. Students interested in an opportunity for a lead or speaking role must audition. The summer musicals are mounted in two weeks and rehearsed between the hours of 10 am and 6 pm. Attendance every day is a requirement. Registration is now open for The Addams Family Young@Part! SpringBoard JR Performance Camp!
Springboard jr. features a fully immersive theatre experience open for students ages 5-10. This program is designed to be an introduction to performance and is for any student, regardless of experience. Your student will perform a full show, featuring dancing and singing from a variety of different performing concentrations, such as choral, jazz, musical theatre, and more! Includes Cast Tee Shirt to wear as a costume for the showcase! Tee shirt included in tuition!
